TOUGH VIKING is the leading and largest Obstacle Race in Scandinavia. The obstacles are massive and consist of water, mud, monkey bars and barbed wire set out along a challenging route. The set up of obstacles depends on the country and regulations on the different locations. The obstacles are designed together with the Swedish elite maritime special forces unit Kustjägarna.

All Tough Viking races are qualifying to OCR World Championships and OCR European Championships. To be qualified to OCR World Championships you have to be top 5 in your group and for OCR European Championships top 10 in your group.
You can compete individually or in teams. You choose how you will compete when signing up. A team can consist of as many participants as you like, but you compete with the aggregated time of the 4 fastest times in your team against other teams.

BOOM! New race dates for postponed races! We have worked day and night to provide you with this and hope for your understanding in this situation due to Covid-19. If you are in a spring race that was postponed your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, so no action from you is needed. You may also choose another Tough Viking race 2020 instead or transfer your ticket without any additional cost to someone else. If any conflict with other autumn races they are unintentional and we are sorry for any inconvenience. The races will be great with many new, big and challenging obstacles. See you in the mud!⚔️
You do realize Tough Viking Göteborg and Toughest Göteborg will be on the same date? Many of us have already signed up for both races.
Fantastic that you have moved races, I would just seriously moving your Gothenburg date. With how this virus has affected races and even race companies? Some solidarity is required, both of you could lose money for having the race same day! Why not have a re-look so both yourselves and Toughest can capitalize. Yourselves win, Toughest win and athletes who want to run both great events win! 👍🏻❤️
